OVERVIEW

The Cor Collective is a private professional network connecting founders, executives, and industry leaders across multiple industries. In this role, I supported the growth of the community by developing targeting strategies, leading member outreach and acquisition, and building the operational infrastructure needed to support member onboarding and platform management.

CHALLENGES

As an early-stage community, the organization needed a clear strategy for identifying ideal members, understanding the competitive landscape, and creating operational systems that could support community growth while maintaining a high-quality member experience.

STRATEGY & EXECUTION

To support both growth and scalability, I focused on targeted member acquisition while developing the operational systems needed to manage the community effectively.


Key initiatives included:


• Conducting research on comparable executive networks to understand competitive positioning
• Developing targeting strategies to identify founders, executives, and high-value professionals
• Leading outreach efforts and hosting individual meetings with prospective members
• Presenting and selling the value of membership through relationship-driven conversations
• Creating operational SOPs for onboarding and member management
• Designing and launching the community’s member platform
• Implementing an AI-assisted onboarding workflow to streamline operations
