OVERVIEW
SILA was an early-stage brand with a strong concept but limited marketing infrastructure. The goal was to establish a clear visual identity, build a consistent online presence, and increase awareness for classes and community events.

CHALLENGES
SILA is a Miami-based wellness community focused on movement, breathwork, recovery, and social connection. As Head of Marketing Strategy and Growth, in collaboration with Zumba's Brand Architect - Jeffrey Perlman, I led the development of SILA’s brand identity and marketing strategy while managing ongoing growth initiatives across social media and community engagement.

STRATEGY & EXECUTION
To support growth, I developed the brand and marketing foundation for SILA.
Key initiatives included:
• Creating the brand book and visual identity guidelines
• Developing the marketing and content strategy
• Designing marketing assets and social media content
• Managing Instagram content planning and publishing
• Promoting events and weekly programming
I also trained two team members responsible for filming and editing content, helping establish a consistent content production workflow for the marketing team.
