Community Growth & Onboarding
Built a premium membership network from the ground up—launched brand, website, and community platform, automated onboarding (cut time by 80%), and scaled to 50+ members with rapid Instagram growth and a repeatable, compliant framework.
The organization was starting from zero—no brand identity, no website, no community platform, and no structured onboarding process. There were no SOPs, tracking systems, workflows, or marketing emails in place. Onboarding new members was manual, time-consuming, and lacked consistency, making it difficult to scale.

I built the network’s brand and infrastructure from the ground up, designing both the external presence and internal systems.
My contributions included:
Branding & Platform Development: Created the brand identity, designed the website, and built the entire community on Circle.
Onboarding System: Designed a clear step-by-step flow, documented with SOPs. Automated every part of the journey using Circle, Wix, Stripe, Zapier, Google Workspace, and Notion.
Workflows & Automation: Integrated paywalls with automated acceptance/rejection emails, reducing manual effort. Implemented lead-tracking dashboards in Sheets for real-time visibility.
Community Structure: Established membership tiers, created Thought Leader pathways, and designed the Welcome Hub for seamless engagement.
Marketing & Outreach: Managed outreach campaigns, secured thought leaders, and developed Instagram growth strategies.
The initiatives transformed the network into a scalable, premium membership platform:
